It looks like a nice place from the pics. I don't know anything about the town.

 

Nice piece of land Ian, crazy what you can get for a quarter mil other places in the country.

 

Yeah, it looks nice and from what I remember, the area isn't too bad. It'd be ~25min from where I'd work which about how far I drive now.

Yeah, 250k here wouldn't get us anything close to that. We'd be paying at least 100k more.
Also might see how negotiable that price is. Zillow says it sold for $114k back in 2018 and was originally listed for $269k in September last year. Dunno what they painted gold to have it double in price like that but with how long it's been on the market and all that. Might be able to talk em down a bit.



No idea how any of this works or what I'm doing. Trying to find a place out of state isn't making it any easier, either.

 

It will be worth it to get out of CO. I hate CO. The place is a shithole.

 

I wonder if they bought it as a "fixer upper" and redid everything for the price rise.

 

Lol. I don't have anything against Colorado as a whole.
The Springs is too expensive and too busy for it's own good.

The listing says "New Floors, New Tile Tub/Shower, Granite C-tops, updated vanities." but I'm not sure that warrants a $130k+ price increase. Gotta ask what's different about the place when I call tomorrow, maybe there's something I'm missing.

 

Probably just trying to make a huge profit.

I like watching some of those shows. Some of em are fucking stupid though.
The only thing besides a flipper that I can think of with this one is if they added land to it since it last sold.
