I just use Discount Tire. The free rotations/air and warranty does it for me. Plus we have a few of em nearby.

I worked in Warren; wasn't terrible. My organization was toxic and to this day the folks i had issues with try to sabotage other jobs i apply for. it's sickening.

Well thank you! I'll check that out. Funny to think that we went to highschool or even college back in the 1900s.

Born and raised in Dearborn Heights. My dad still lives there and my mom is living Downtown.
It's nice to go visit, catch a Wings/Tigers game and hit up the neighborhood bar but I'd lose my shit if I was still stuck over there. Everyone I grew up with that's still there is still stuck on childish/high school bullshit and still hanging around the same people from 10 years ago.

I lived in rochester (downtown), then had a home and acreage out by Armada. But I'm from Seattle area.

Do you know RedHots coney? 12 Victor St, Highland Park. My favourite place. And just SUPER good people.

The closest DT is 45 minutes away.
There's quite a few Huntsville guys in the AL thread. They could give a lot better advice.

At this time, 255/70r17 BFG KO2 e rated. I'm hoping after the lift I can stay with a 255/75.

I have Hankook Dynapro ATM right now but I don't do much offroading or anything like that.

I know of RedHots, don't frequent the area though. We usually do coneys at Lafayette downtown.
We stayed at the same place in Dearborn heights until I left for the army. Traveled around the state a lot for hockey and family living all over. Houghton Lake was our 'up north' spot. I'd really like to be able to go back up there for a vacation or something.

I’m staying at stock height so the 265/75/16 would be my ideal size

I’ve been running 265/70/16 in GY Duratracs on a Black Friday/cyber Monday special 2ish years ago with the Goodyear CC (paid off at time of billing) and got a $250 rebate card. Less than $500 after all was said and done. Not sure what specials they’re running now but it’s a great 50k tire that I’ve had on numerous trucks and Jeeps.

Would be kinda nice to pay less than $500 for tires. Most times I’m around $930 for a set. Last place got me out for $880 so that was nice. They were also a lot faster than the place I’ve been going to for years also. Listened to me when I asked them to set my alignment like I wanted too. Guy told me I’m not gonna like those numbers but said it wouldn’t be a problem. He got done and I said now go drive it and tell me what you think with those numbers. He did and said you were right, that thing drives perfect. Then we had a good talk about how trucks are set different when they are lifted vs stock. Ha!

Uh, stock and they're great so far (especially with a free rotation every 5k miles.)
PreRunner does fine in the winter with some weight in the bed.
If I had 4x4 and was offroading regularly, I'd probably have NITTOs honestly.
Had those on my Jeep way back when and I loved em.
