    Well, Just looked into Refi rates; looks like we can do very well...possible to drop a full point plus saving 3-400/mo. Nice to have very decent equity in just 5 years because of the market.

    No, prob just going to another 30 and do extra payments when we can. We’ve only been here for 5 years and have approx 400k in equity so it’ll be a relatively small mortgage. Prob pull some cash out to get a new furnace and have a bigger rainy day fund as things that are original with the house (1988) are starting to go.
