Last time I dealt with them they scheduled an appointment for me back in Sep and then cancelled it because "the doctor wasn't going to be in that day" and told me they would call back to reschedule and they never called back. so

 

I'm a firm believer in that the gubmint should get rid of the VA and just give vets free insurance. We have a VA in Tuskegee and Montgomery. They send pts from Tuskegee to us all the time b/c it's 2 miles closer. My thoughts are they should keep it "in house" and go to Montgomery where their docs are and they have access to the records.

At the very least, they need to clean house and get some good people to run it and work there.

 

Any progress on the trailer? Or is that a taboo subject?

Went by and made the final plans this weekend. It'll be ready this week. I'll pick it up on my next 6 off. Gonna try and paint it after I pick it up.

I went by Academy on my way into work tonight. They're holding a Glock 44 for me. The NICS background check was so full mine didn't come back in time. Some of our county sheriffs screwed it up to where we can't use our CCW's anymore to speed up the BC. That should be a fun little pistol
