    wish I had the patience for that... these pellet smokers seem to be fairly decent but they’re pricey for a decent one.

    Well I want post my opinion on pellet poopers.
    I am old school and will put in the time for good bbq even though it’s long hours. Today / tonight for tomorrow’s deliveries.
    Meat trimmed, rubbed and resting. Pit is settling out about 215 time load the ole girl up with some meat. :D George Thorogood & Destroyers jamming.

    Second wave for early in the morning to the pit. St. Louis pork ribs, loin back pork ribs, boudin, stuffed pepper jack cheese boudin balls, Cajun sausage and Pittsburgh hot links.

    2 loin backs with a light habanero coat and PF Spicey

    Just wrapped the crosshatch cut pork belly and in warmer resting. Seasoned with Pitface spicy.
    This will be great sliced and make BLTs or on a homemade cathead biscuit with mustard

    Dino beef ribs pulled and paper & foil wrapped in the warmer resting. Pulled great from the bones. Got a kosher salt an 16 mesh fresh cracked black pepper. Texas style.
