I liked Rust Valley Restorers on Netflix. I want to say they're on the West coast of Canada

Orphan Black has an all Canadian cast and production team and was filmed in Toronto.

19-2 is a good Canadian cop show. Has Jared Keeso and Dan Petronijevic pre-Letterkenny.
