There’s a shop in Columbus that will do all the u joints for $200. Did mine in less than an hour.

 

That's a steal! U joints are not hard, but $200 is a great price to have them done much quicker than I can do.

 

What I thought and told them to replace them all. Easier for me and a lot quicker than I can do it since they do this every day. They had all the parts in stock in the shop. Jokers had the driveshaft out in less than a minute and went to work.

 

It wasn't bad to replace the one bad one but all of them for $200 sold me. He even told me the others look ok and it's up to you but here's the price for all of them if you want to do it. Yes, I don't want to come back. lol

 

On the positive side, you now have grease zerks on all u joints, seeing as Toyota will often use non greasable joints as original equipment.

 

That was a plus to getting it done. The OEM’s were dry as hell.

 

What Brand did you go with, Murph? Not that it matters anymore. Just the box it likely made here.

 

Hell, I don’t remember now. They had them in stock and I had been without the truck for a week working mom-fri so I just had them use what they had in stock. I called and told him I needed it done quick. He went and looked and said he had the u joints in the stock room and be there in the morning and he’d knock it out for me.
