Lookin at full size trucks, may be able to get out of my lease a year early and still make 2-4K; used market is unreal right now.

looking at them but low mileage 17-19 crew max are still in the mid to high 40s. And the bed is only 5.5’

When did trucks get so fucking expensive?

Jeez. I always thought 40-50k was on the higher end for a new truck. e.g. Silverado/GMC types

40-50 is a very basic full size truck. F150 ranges from 30-80, rams are mid 50s, gmc/Chevy are 50-60.

how can people stomach $700-800 car payments?

    That's ridiculous.
When I bought my Tacoma, I remember drooling over some new Silverados.
Guy came out and asked if I wanted a test drive, I laughed and said no, they're way out of my price range. That was a $45k truck. (He let me test drive it anyway. It was niiice.)

If I'm going to pay that much, I'm gonna go buy me a Tesla or something nice.

I had one of those at my last job due to too many energy drinks; have had migraines since but have been under control with a multi use BP medication. Felt like a railroad spike going through my left eye and I couldn’t talk right. I would think of a word and couldn’t pronounce it.

I used to have bad migraines when I was younger. Would have to get picked up from school and just go hide in a dark room all day.
This just has my vision being funny, makes it hard to read. No real pain or anything... yet.

I have an as-needed medication to take if I feel one coming on or I’m down for several hours; it’s called sumatriptan. Brand name is imitrex.

Need to get the wife new tires before winter starts being a thing.
Waiting to see if I can get some deals at Discount Tire on some Michelin Defender or Goodyear Assurance types.
Seem to be all-seasons that do well enough in the winter.

we have and love the Michelin defenders on the Venza; damn things all said and done were around $1100 installed since the assholes at Toyota put 19” wheels on a crossover.

Jesus. Her Pilot needs 235/70R16. Would be $700-800 right now depending if I got the certificates or not. Hoping I can catch a sale this month or next month. Might just bite the bullet though and pay full price, she's been needing new tires for a while. Idk where her tread is at now though.

EDIT: Looks like that's with a 10% discount on Michelin from Discount Tire's Labour Day thing.
