7 east here... lotta schools started back yesterday so traffic was ramped up. They’re doing some hybrid half in school half remote shit in most of the local districts here. Luckily mine are back full time in daycare all day.

I've seen on the news that more of the districts are having kids come back in person now. Noticed the buses running again but traffic hasn't been any more stupid than usual, I don't think.

The trick is to try not to spend too much money buying shit you don’t need on your downtime...

been overnight for a good portion of 13 years with a few stints on 3-11...

I'm a pharmacist. Caught the queue up on refills so just gotta watch for ER orders.

I'm really liking it so far. It's peaceful. Best part is the night shifts are 7 on 7 off. I might ask to make it a permanent thing, assuming I can sleep when I get home. Luckily I already had my room entirely blacked out.

    What do you guys do?

    That doesn't sound too bad.

I monitor stuff. Basically, most of what I try to do is stay awake. Reading, Reddit, Facebook, TW....

It took me about a week for my body to switch over so I could sleep during the day. Im on about week 5 of never working nights. It is peaceful without a bunch of people wasting my time asking questions. :)

Chilly and 44* here. May have to turn on the heat in the house soon... summer came and went in the blink of an eye without being able to do much.

It was over 100 during the day for quite a while. No ac made that extra fun. The ole swamp cooler tapped out at 82* inside temp. I welcome the cold nights

We had 90s then a couple days of snow/chilly weather and it's back to highs in the 80s, lows in the 50s.
