Ah. That's not too bad then. The gas tank and rear diff are almost half that isn't it?

    So does Melania
If I ever go with a bed rack, it'll be the RCI one. My buddy in Denver has full RCI skids/sliders and has had no problem with them. They're also local to him, so no shipping :D

im trying to decide if i want a bed rack anytime soon. thinking maybe since i want to start camping more and just get a smity RTT to make things easier. but the skids, i might just do the front ones for now (whenever i buy) since i dont plan on too much heavy hitting, then again, could just buy the entire set and take it off when not needed to save weight since its my DD (if i dont ride the bike)

I'd bet it's too much of a pain in the ass to remove them when not needed. I saw a hard top RTT on fb marketplace the other night for $600. I wish I would've had the money for it. It was in great shape.

from what ive seen, its only a few bolts per. and i wouldnt take the full set off. leave the enigne and transmission since those connect. that would of been nice.

The xfer case doesn't weigh enough to make a difference. The heaviest is the IFS skid. The sliders are gonna give the biggest hit, but no where near your bumpers :D

It's gonna be a badass truck. I'm jealous of the HC rear bumper.

    Ride on down :D
I'm torn on the winch. I have no doubt I won't use it regularly, but then again, I want it to work if/when needed. Warn 9500's pop up on fb for around $600 a good bit.

i paid 500 for mine off Amazon i think. and same, id use it but not that often.but its still something i want in case. esp being in a hurricane area and having the truck. I could get assigned to drive around and check peoples homes for damage so need something to maybe pull trees out of the way and such.

I always wanted the Warn 8274 when I had my TJ. I love the look of those on Jeeps.
