It's been getting cooler here......quite surprising to be honest. It's still usually ball soup hot at this point.

 

Same here, nice flannel and fire pit weather with some hot cider with a lil something in it.
Lows in the 40s next week; 30s week after.

We were feeling a bit fall-like earlier this week but it's gonna be warmer next week, looks like.

Oh ya, mortgage was yesterday, but first payment since refi and is $300/mo less than what it used to be. Dropped a full 1% in interest. Good chunk of change over 25 years.
