Nah. I'm pretty sold on a Warn. I found a 9500 for $450 in my folks' town.
It was a fun car. Not comfortable for long trip though.

The bug would be cool but the miata is a little easier and cheaper. Plus serves as a beater car I can actually drive down the highway in stock form lol

I think I'm gonna have to buy the fog light deals for my bumper. The PO had the D2's in there. I think ARB has a LED version now too.

I was born in 94. My dad had a 95. So I have great memories riding around in that car as a kid. He kept it til I was 7 or 8 I think.

Nobody likes 99-00 NBs but they make good turbo cars. The head flows well. Should be able to get 10 lb/whp out of it without sending a rod through the block immediately. I just get bored and want to tinker. Miatas have parts at AutoZone and a plethora online. Never ending amount of mods.

Bug needs all kinds of shit to make reliable power. Def a built motor and trans axle. And the trans options for swing axles appeared limited in my short search. Efi kits dumb expensive. I think a cruiser bug would be better. Just give it enough juice to hold 75 and call it good. But that can be a project for another time.

As for the sxs... I figure I can just rent. I have the banshee for dunes and whatever. If I go back to moab or sand hollow or whatever I can just rent a sxs for the day. Then I don't have to fuck with a trailer and storing it outside and insurance and whatever else.

But yeah I'm very impulsive and indecisive at the same time. Have wanted to make a turbo miata for a while though. Just a no fucks given fun car.

    A Miata would be badass
I guess I could just replace the D2's, but I kinda want the ARB factory ones.
