No shit. I've had days(only 3 in 12yrs) where I fought high blood sugars(diabetic). I took an IV and got fluids while sitting at the desk and still working. Those days are over. If I don't feel well, I'm not coming in anymore.

we’re on a every third week rotation... basically when you’re wfh you’re out of the office for 9 days. enough time to show symptoms/get tested.
