Ugh, that means I have to do stuff.

    I don't wanna! :angrygirl:

I wanna be lazy, I wanna walk into Walmart with $20 and walk out with a machine gun and milk like how America is supposed to be!

The money I saved over buying local meant I got 2 instead of one. When I mentioned a second purchase he gave me $100 discount without even haggling for it. They were cheaper over there to begin with than buying them here plus I got an extra $100 bucks off. I’ll take that for a $35 fee.

    Imma need to borrow that
I don't buy enough to pay that much each month. I've got a local FFL that charges me $20(can have up to 5 guns at one time). There's even a site that shows up FFL dealers and their prices. I think it may be from gunbroker

    Yeah graphics card.

Thanks to covid supply is low, and production isn't yielding high numbers to begin with, beyond that scalper bots are snatching them all up and trying to resell them for nearly double MSRP. I didn't want to pay over the MSRP but I found a guy selling one local new in box for about the price they are going to be jumping up to next month thanks to market and terifs.

I'm just glad I can play hockey more again.

    Always games. Work is secondary.

Glad I got lucky and got my 3090 at MSRP. :anonymous:

So looks like my last mid shift will be Sunday night.
Then I get a day or two off and work the back half of next week.
Then it looks like I'll probably end up Mon-Fri after that.
Looks like all my Fridays are 12hr shifts though. 3a-3p. :notsure:
Coming in at 3am just means I miss out on that morning traffic
    Doesn't bother me none.

Gotta talk to the guy at the ice rink and tell him I'll be back for our Sunday league and that I might be able to get in on the weeknight league too :D

I recently built a PC to jump from the console world to PC games. Man the prices have just continued to climb with bots and price gouging. Availability is non existent.

I made the switch to a single night shift this week so I’m in and out. Hope everyone is doing well!

I did the build during the holiday season and it seems mostly like the graphics cards were just crazy in regards to pricing and availability. I was doing a fairly simple entry build and ended up around 1400 all in; graphics card was 1/3 that alone. It was definitely a fun experience and I’ll plan to upgrade down the road but yeah, not the best timing haha.
