    He told me it was b/c the cage/pallet is so big and takes up a lot of space. He even said "ohhh" when he plugged it in. He checked 2 different sites. After him telling me I could have it done locally cheaper, he gained my respect. He easily could've just gone with "Shipping is just that expensive and I have no control" just so it wouldn't take a sale away from him. I even said "Since you were so honest, send me the invoice". He then told me to think it over a few days b/c he didn't want me to regret my decision. That right there is great CS and worth it to me.
