I've been on nights for 14ish yrs or so. It was just time for a change. It also helped that the ER seems to now be just as busy at night. Years ago, we had some slow nights......not so much anymore

 

I can’t do it for more than a few months or I go crazy.

What kind of emergencies are the norm now? Summer accidents?

 

It's a 24hr Dr.'s office with a few emergencies thrown in. People use it as their primary care

sadness. have been looking around for a snorkel for the truck and found one i rather like (isnt long and still clean). Uptop posted a picture of one back in 2019 and i saw it on reddit. running4tacos has it on their site but says sold out. took a bit of digging, but they havent even finished it yet. though they said when it posted it would be a few more months... i juess 20+ months is a few to them...

 

I’m about to get rid of 21 OR. Thinking really hard about it.

i just saw a local ‘19 OR listed for $46k; shit was crazy.

 

That’s what’s got me thinking. I’ve got summer, fall and spring semesters to focus on right now. I can take the $10k in my pocket and build my dream Taco next year if prices don’t get too crazy. That or I’ll pick up that diesel Gladiator I was looking at when I got my Taco.

 

I still have an ‘01 PreRunner SR5 I want to see if I can stuff Land Cruiser running gear in.
