    I got that injury a time or two on NCAA football on xBox :rofl:
    Did they explain it's inflammation of the fluid sac? Did they give you a treatment plan? Basically rest, ice, elevate, and if needed, ibuprofen if needed.

    Yup yup yup. Also the keep from kneeling on it and try to limit use. Told the Doc. It’s impossible with my job. His reply was, then do the best you can.

    there wasn’t a need to drain fluid right now. Told me to keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, to come back.
