Last night went pretty quick. I just assume cause that was my first time on mids in a while... Tonight is going noticeably slower..

Thanks, a bit of a departure from what I’m used to/good at but tryin to get my foot in the door to something I’m passionate about. Problem is, we just got a new union contract and I can’t beat the money I’m making 15yrs in vs starting something new. Catch 22. Gotta weigh the pros/cons

 

Should be good to get into something that you enjoy though.

Well I was supposed to be a 5pm to 1am shift that ended up being a 5pm to 7am shift so I’m in the graveyard group tonight! Stay safe out there everyone.

 

I'll be on nights again through Friday night

How long have you live in COS

 

At least I don't have any other night shifts on the horizon..

Been here for six years.. Army put me here in 2015 and I stayed after I got out.

 

Where did you live before that? What's your honest opinion about that place?

I might be living in COS next year, coming from Cali

 

I was all over the place. I'm originally from Michigan though, might be going back there at some point.

COS is alright, it's beautiful and there's lots of outdoor stuff to do but it's been getting really busy and expensive.. Lots of people moving here so the prices of houses are insane right now and even with the high prices, it's hard to find one.. Which is why we're looking to Michigan, I have family there, lots of outdoors stuff, and it's way cheaper.
