    I've been there.

    Things I've tried:

    - Screaming really loud.
    - Open window, stick head out.
    - Hit myself.
    - Play Metal music, volume way up there.

    Especially because I still have a normal sleep schedule. In my full time, I still sleep at night, unless there's calls in the middle of the night.
    Then get off work at 0800, go home and do the normal things...no sleep, and head to this job...get off at 0800...drive 20 minutes home.

    I'm glad I'm only here once a week.

    Nothing helps. Almost died once, decided to stop and take a nap on the side of the road. :/
