Oh and it'll make less sense since I have to buy a welder too... But it's a skill I should've learned awhile ago and will come in handy. I've already drained my trailer smoker and I'll save tons there by diy...

I would hate to be told to step aside; but if you don't have to deal with a knucklehead under the influence the rest of the night I suppose that's a plus.

It's been painfully slow here with full staff so a few of us went down into the gym (located in a WWI Armory) for a wiffle ball derby.

We were discussing this last night again. We are trying to get access to our on site gym at night. It is not staffed and viewed as a safety issue which is understandable but unfortunate for us. It's funny... there's nothing stopping me from doing some push ups and body weight exercises though...;)

Wow! The bungee cords really set it off! J/K Powder coat when done? What color?

A quality welder is a must if the weld has to be strong (almost all) and/or look good. Worth the extra $$$.

Tech school and BURN TIME! Burn time is the best teacher. The Tech school will teach you set-up technical details.

I learned in high school on some awesome Millermatic MIG machines. Got hooked and hoping to get one here at the house one day

I really like the Hobart brand. All the quality of Miller, but more reasonably priced.

I made the mistake of not researching Hobart. I figure I spent an extra $1000 on the Miller machines I have.

I think Miller makes Hobart. I heard that some where. I'll have to confirm and get back.
