    Haha...what?
As long as @koditten isn't a perv, we're all good.

Just went to the range yesterday and went through 250 rounds....so I'm armed, but broke, haha.

About another hour until I go in. 5 shifts left on midnights.

Tomorrow's my first day back at the second job. I don't have one of their work shirts, haha. So that'll be interesting when I show up.

I need to get some range time in and thin the supply a bit. And it's been a bit since I've punched holes in paper.

It'd been a bit for me as well. I need to qualify for my work license next week. So I made up for it. Thankfully my rounds next week will be provided from work.

Last night then off til Tuesday at 2300. Hoping to get outside to work on the yard/truck this weekend. Monday is a state holiday for us and my Holiday team's day off. You may have seen the Wahlberg movie pertaining to the events of Patriot's Day 4 years ago...

I remember exactly where I was when I saw the news of that. I was in a dining hall at clemson getting something to eat before a statistics final exam. I was glad I studied hard for that exam because the only thing on my mind was what I just saw on that tv

I was in the middle of a "Communities and Crime" lecture and surfing the "new" section on Reddit. which is rare for me. Someone posted a photo saying it had happened 2 minutes prior. It'll probably be something I remember forever like 9/11. I was only in the 5th grade and the teacher wheeled the TV out and put the news on. My friend had been telling me about it a few minutes prior and I hadn't grasped the seriousness of it until then.

It was pretty surreal watching it on the news. And the ensuing events after was crazy to see unfold

My last house was on the actual route; between mile 5.5 and 6. We had a bunch of people over for the yearly Marathon party. We were all out in the backyard drinking and grilling when I got the text from my sister in DC asking if we were all okay.... the following days, weeks, month were eerie. I had a few friends working the finish line area as well as running in it that still can't believe how they got out with only minor injuries compared to people who lost limbs. We were out to dinner a few days after and had to evacuate The restaurant we were at due to a suspicious backpack placed outside. They weren't playing around and had the helos, bearcats and disposal units there within what seemed to be minutes. Haven't been back since which sucks because it's where I met my wife on our first date.

We weren't near the blast at all. 19 miles away in Framingham. We were so far disconnected that we found out second hand.
My wife's sister was at the finish line volunteering and was held at hotel not allowed to leave for a while. To this day she's hesitant to use the public transit system due to anxiety. The subsequent years the security in the neighborhood has been absolutely crazy and we couldn't even bring a soft cooler down to cheer runners on with some pops. Luckily, we moved out to the suburban next town over from the starting line and don't have to worry much about the snafus anymore.
