I guess I just need to bolt them up and see if they clear. I don't even need the rotors or pads.

 

Most money, least amount of work. At least that's the way it is here. Takes a certain type of person... I am applying to some daywalker jobs in the field for my health and family though....

I didn't spend $150 to take a 3 hour exam for nothing a few months ago... even though I'd be staying with the same agency and department; there are a ton of hoops to jump through for what is equivalent to a lateral move for a very coveted job.
If it does happen, it will have to be to be the ideal situation, location, etc to make me move.

Thanks, it's a long way away. Til then I'll hang out here with my fellow nocturnals and continue to throw off the rhythm during weekends. How many hours of sleep are you guys getting each day? I'm averaging 4-5 on work days but fall asleep on the couch by 8-9pm on off days

 

5 and some change is about right for me.

I don't lay on the couch. If I did I would be done for. Try to stay busy until 9-10 pm and then prep for bed.

Is it really "lateral" if it is coveted?

About 5hrs. in the motning. Then maybe 2 before work. Usually not
