OK, Longshoreman's got me beat, I thought I'd have the earliest concert. Mine was Quiet Riot back in either '84 or '86.

Red Rocks is a GREAT venue; I've seen George Thorogood, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Buddy Guy, and a few others there.

That was MY job almost all last night, except for no OT for it. I worked maybe an hour and a half last night out of 12, it TOTALLY sucked!

I saw them right after Load came out...meh. It was still a pretty cool show, but they didn't play much of their old stuff at all, and I was kind of disappointed.I was a huge fan through the Black Album. They were my favorite band in JR high and early High school. Then something weird happened to them. Idk. Their first 5 albums still kick royal ass though. I used to have a rare numbered CD of Garage Days. That album with the Last Caress and Green Hell covers, turned Me on to the Misfits of the early 80's, with Glen Danzig.

Late HS years, I discovered TOOL. Metallicas still pretty good, but TOOL is on a whole different level for me.

I saw Nine Inch Nails live as well. That's not my favorite band, but everyone always told me that it's a great live show, and they were right my friends. That show kicked absolute ass. You just had to carry a stick to knock away all the underage girls on ecstasy away that kept coming up and wanting to grind on you.

TOOL is absolutely incredible, got to see them in Vegas some years ago for my birthday (my wife is so awesome!).

Have you listened to the latest Puscifer album? It's actually really good. GREAT wheeling music!

I've actually just started listening to them, I've been using my pandora now that I have entune, and the TOOL station plays a lot of Puscifer, I really like it. I like it better than A Perfect Circle. TOOLs supposed to be coming out with a new album, hopefully next year. It's been like ten years.

I have TOOLs third eye, from the Aenima album, tattooed on my back up by my shoulder. :rofl:I was young and dumb then. I really do believe, that Talent wise, TOOL is the most complete band since Zeppelin, as far as the quality of the musicians.

Since your a TOOL fan, guess who my avatar is? :)

I actually do my share of this. We all have neck pillows in our lockers. When the machinery is running right we don't do much as operators other than log the hours, pressures and temps. Good job for an old man like me...

This is the last part for this unit before it goes over to assembly so they are trying to close the books on it. 1st shift didn't show up today...hence why I'm in here on my nite off.

Very few people will understand this, but it can be ROUGH doing next to nothing for a full 12-hr shift.

I'm the ONE IT tech here overnight; my main function is crisis management if something shits the bed in the wee hours. Most of what I do is systems monitoring.

I'll still get regular priority service requests, but depending on the night they can be few and far between. I have some time tonight, I'm doing a custom system build for a contractor. We don't have a regular image for it, so I'm building it all from scratch. 80 minutes so far JUST on Windows updates...

Exactly. Being busy chasing issues sucks, but it passes the time. Quiet nights are slooow. sometimes they are needed though :fingerscrossed::D

Skyrim is great. Wish they would come out with a new Elder Scrolls, hopefully next year.
