I had the eibach stage 1 installed a couple months ago, i have 1500 miles on the truck and eibachs. Factory upper control arms. There are no tears in the boot but every couple hundred miles i get some grease seepage. I usually wipe it and then it returns. Any fix? Normal? Thanks

Normal. Bet you didn't look that hard before the lift was put on!

Normal. That isn't a hard sealing surface. When you steer the front wheels, the lip of the boot rotates on top of the spindle surface.

How is that normal …. It’s obviously leaking . I would address it with the manufacturer or installer . Eventually they will be dry and seize on you .

It isn't a sealing surface. After 5 years or so the joint will be dry and get sloppy, but won't seize, at which point you can replace the ball joint or replace the upper control arm. Several aftermarket ball joints come with zerk fittings so you can pump in new grease during maintenance; the old grease is expelled exactly at that interface between the boot and the spindle surface.
