Grease Zerk Thread Size?

    So the U-joint zerk behind my cardon joint doesn't seal back up after greasing and just oozes a very satisfying popped zit like stream of grease back out. Ive taken it off (7mm socket) and cleaned it out but that didn't fix the issue.

    Also took it out in the auto zone parking lot hoping to find the match but the threads on everything they had were a different size. The toyota parts people hardly seem to know what a zerk is let alone the thread size.

    I don't have a thread reading tool, anyone know what the thread / pitch is. Whether its a straight or tapered thread? Mcmaster-Carr has a good selection, just need to know the thread size.

    some of the farm agricultural tractor supply type places usually stock them
