grease zerks

    05 and up tacoma 4x4 have 8 grease zerks... so I've read, can someone post pictures of them so I can find them all.

    THere is only 5 all along the drive line shaft. 3 Rear, 2 in front of the xfer case. You have to move the truck until the zerks in the rear are visible. the Front you can turn by hand. The one right in front of the xfer case is a PITA to get to. The ones in front are in between the U joints, while the rear ones are on the spiders, easy to see.

    Yep, what he said. As long as you leave it in 4x2 the front drive shaft will rotate by hand, makes it way easier to get to the fittings. I should know, I just did this like two days ago.:D
