Great, simple, and cheap Mod, but...

I can't say enough about the aluminum seat spacer mod parts from "olecoot" for my '17 Limited. Parts arrived within 3 days and the actual install time was about 10 minutes. (Tip, loosen the front bracket bolts before lifting the rears to fit the spacers.) The seat now sits at a more level position now and at only 6' tall, I can certainly see a considerable more over the fake hood scoop I don't have. My lower back and I are looking forward to the next long drive!
Here's the issue though, since I have owned the truck, the back seat has been folded down and covered with a foam pad and carpet for my dog and yesterday was the first time in 2+ years since I have have seen the back seat floor. Over and above the 10 minute install, it took another hour to vacuum up all the dog hair that had collected back there!
My questions are many: How does dog hair get under the floor mats when they have never been exposed to the light of day? Is this another sinister Toyota plot TW members have missed up 'till now? What other engineering disasters await me? Could this be caused by all the crappy dealerships out there plotting against us? Maybe I should be changing my oil every 5K miles? Should I lift the truck? If so, what size lift? Perhaps a CAI would help?
    Merry Christmas!
