Finally got back up to canada and bought myself a '14 TRD auto. Upgraded suspension and wheels now have a leer 100xq canopy on the way. Will post pics once that's on and wired in.
Next will be external temp gauge. Probably the teltek seems to be of best quality and fit for purpose. Unless you guys can convince me otherwise...
What was the deal with toyota taking the external temp gauge off the '14s? Was a bit surprised when I figured that out.

There's some stuff for sale too in the canada for sale forum if anyone needs new tires or suspension stock stuff.

Sub'd for TelTek install details. I've thought about adding one to my truck for 4 yrs now, but never settled on where/how to mount the display portion.

Can't recall how the earlier models were laid out, had a 2010 previous, but in the '14 I am thinking right beside the gear shift towards drivers side. Could make a cut out large enough to fit display in and the upper shroud would cover your cut out edges so it would still be tidy.
I need to pull the gear shift cover off to have a look at the space under there but for now that's what I'm thinking.
Will post pics when it's in.

Welcome. I'm from other side of the country. Same year, model, color for me. I'd rather have heated side mirrors standard. Have to scrape them 8 months of the year.

Totally agree, I don't need a compass up here, but nice to know the outside temperature cold, really cold or $ucking cold lol.
