    You need a band saw or similar to do miter joints, the cutoff wheel is to thick. It also takes a steady hand to conrolcthr blade on both sides of the cut.

    no one told me that I also needed to factor in adding an inch, so I was off. I like the butt welds anyways.

    Yeah, you have to do all the math by the outside measurements.

    Then transfer those '''center lines" to the inside, measure the cut width to make a triangle and cut it out.

    Remind me tonight and I'll sketch it for you.

    I think we were talking about this. But its the radiator support in front of the driver front wheel. Basically under the battery

    I have seen where this has happened to a few people right under the battery. Not sure how they fixed it.

    Okay, that's what I thought.

    We can rivet and weld a plate on it. You also need to get the damned battery off the fender.

    I was trying to get a look at the wheels and tires last night when i left, but that lot had no lights and i couldnt see hardly anything
