Same exact for me. Except ill have to remove mine for the trip to Mobtown, when i get the new ones welded on.

Also will need to see if Joe can supply me with a new hardware pack/see what I am missing when I remove them.

Amazon is having a 20% off sale on acdelco filters .....figured I would give them a try since I'm too cheap to buy a precleaner right now

 

Threw away the packaging for my KN filter so figured I would use it for at least 6 / 9 oil changes to get its money's worth. OR use it for the trail since its a little more forgiving for getting wet... If you run full tilt into a puddle....like someone I know

 

probably the last place i would suggest using it. itll get clogged fast and let the most dust in. itd be safer as a street filter where theres less being kicked up
