    Greetings all

Have a 2004 V6 crew cab Tacoma. I maintained it well and have close to 80K with ZERO issues mechanically so far. One of the two best cars I have ever owned. The other was my 1970 Chevelle SS with an LS5, that ran low 12's with a few basic modifications (40 years ago lol).

You may be interested in reading the below book. I am a big fan of Deming and have applied his ideas at work for years. While he focused on manufacturing techniques, many of his ideas apply to the service industry as well. FYI, US companies dismissed him, so he went to Japan and they listened to him. Toyota being one of the main companies. The rest is history.

Thanks for having a GREAT site. I will be posting questions in the near future.

    Good day and Blessings.
