    Good evening to all.

Taking a brief moment to introduce myself, name is Cliff from southern IL. Have been looking around this forum and searching threads here since I purchased my Tacoma 3 years ago.

Would consider myself a pretty advanced DIYer, from basic PM to head gaskets, body repair, to all manner of interior work. All in a basic homeshop environment. I certainly do not know everything, but merging past experiences with educating myself along the way, I can (and have) accomplished things I am quite proud of.

Have been making changes and upgrades to my 2013 Tacoma since the day I brought it home. This truck replaced my 1986 Mazda B2000 that was critically injured in an accident....at that time it had 375,000 miles on it. My Tacoma is a far superior vehicle in terms of technology, comfort, safety, etc. But in some respects falls short of what my I love about my Mazda, and I miss that. When it comes to vehicles and other things, I am what some refer to as old school. Still have the old girl, and some day she will ride again, be it by my hand or someone elses.

So after more than 3 years and 90K miles, I guess I have decided to hang on to the Taco and join a worthy forum.

Enough of my rambling...see you in the threads.

    Cheers!
