Greetings from Iowa! Looking for a new Tacoma.

Shopping for a new Tacoma, thought I would educate myself by reading here. I am self employed and looking to buy before the end of the year for tax reasons and not having much luck finding anything sitting on dealers lots here in the Midwest. Are there any parts of the country where sales have slowed up on these trucks and dealers have inventory?

Looking for an access cab or double cab with the 6ft box, V6, 4X4, trailer tow, in either Barcelona Red, Celestial Silver, Blue Crush or maybe Lunar Rock. SR5 or Limited. Not interested in the SR5 SX Black Out package or the Limited Nightshade Package.

Unfortunately, it is looking like I am not going to be able to find a Tacoma that fits my needs before the end of the year. I am not wild about it, but I am going to start checking out some of the competitor's trucks tomorrow.

 

you got a preference on what year you're looking for? lol

 

I want a new one, either a 2022 or 2023. I am kind of picky on what I want and will settle for, and there are very few Tacoma's sitting around here in the Midwest. I have searched a long ways from home and called a bunch of dealers. And I have heard more than once "we won't sell out of state right now".
