I just purchased a fun project. A 2013 Tacoma 4x2, regular cab, short bed of all things. Why 4x2? Well, it has 50K miles and was up for grabs at 9k. The challenge, I wanted something I could upgrade in a very specific way for a specific purpose. I have a 1999 4Runner sport for going off road, the Tacoma is meant to be a comfortable sales truck, designed to haul samples of our product, and do cost effective deliveries to vendors for account management. We will see...

I have some experience in body work, everything else will be done by a relative, who has over 30 years teaching automotive technology.
    Tasks:
-Upgrade to 16" wheels and 70R tires
-Spray protective black coat on the bottom trim (possibly Raptorliner)
    -Tint windows
-Install bed cover (Or utility camber, however they are ugly)
-Install body leveling kit (75R possible)
-Install classy Turbo (It comes with a tie and cuff-links)
    -Install fog-lights
    -Install alarm
    -Spray protective undercoat
-Upgrade seating (I was thinking about taking them out of my Wife's MDX)

Trying to make the best out of the cheapest Tacoma available. Should be fun. Not like I'm planning a SAS or anything.
