    Hey there!

This is my first post and a quick (or not so quick) intro! My name is Tanna, I hail from just outside of Vancouver, Canada. I own a horse and love sports but also love to drive! I love zippy cars and to date, I've been owned by two lovely little 5spd sport coupes, an 88 Pulsar and an 89 240sx. I've been in love with the Tacoma since 06 or so, test drove an 08 last summer and finally picked up my new baby (an '09 4x4 Access Cab V6) on May 22nd!

I've read a number of the newbie posts here and know that pictures are a requirement, lol, but also haven't seen too many people introduce their trucks by name. I've named my new baby, "Ginny" or "Gin" for short. I've been lead to believe, (I shall blame the internet) that Gin means silver in Japanese so the name seems to fit of course because my truck is silver! It's also a great drink and a great card game!

Quite frankly, the Tacoma rocks!! It's beautiful, it fits my need for zip and has the power to tow my pony! I'm not sure how so many of you have been able to make decisions on mods and assessories and all but certainly I am expecting to do some. Otherwise, I'm so proud to own this truck (I've washed her twice this week) and excited to be part of this club. Thanks for having me!

    :canada:

Here be plain jane Ginny... :)

Very nice pictures... your names almost go with Gin & Tonic (Tanna). Perhaps we've just given you a nickname ourselves. LOL! :D Either way, awesome observation about the pictures when you introduce yourself. You're one smart cookie. Glad to have you aboard and welcome to Tacoma World...
why am I hungry all of a sudden? Oh well. Welcome!

Hey guys! Thanks for friendly welcome! :)

Silver is the best, absolutely! I nearly wavered enough to go with MGM (which is a suberb color also!) but didn't quite like the look of it when dirty. I've had a white car and red car in the past and I'm really happy with this look. Kinda classy!
