Awesome looking truck man, been looking at doing the same setup myself. How are you liking the look of the 265/75 duratracs at that height? I'm looking to go 2.5" of lift but want to stay at 265/75 instead of the 285s and take the power/mpg hit

I'm really pleased with it. They make the truck look really beefy, and I don't regret going with the size that I did. I actually pulled up to an Advanced Auto parts the other day after getting the new rubber and both of the guys working at the counter said "LOVE your truck!" in chorus. It was pretty funny. But the one guy thought I was rocking 33"s on a 3" lift.

The shot that I have of the tire/wheel setup doesn't do the size justice - I'll grab another pic when I have a moment to do so!

I'd appreciate that man, wouldn't mind seeing more angles of your setup! Are you still sitting at about 2" of front lift with the 884s?

Yea, it barely fits in there! I have about 4-6 inches in the back and 2-3 inches in the front of the truck. On the other side I have a work bench and the wife's 4Runner (or my Harley in the summer).

Looks so nice! Love the stance. You have me thinking about leaving it at 2" instead of pushing the stock UCA limit of 2.5"

I wouldn't do it any other way, personally. No regrets. If I had the $$$ for UCA's then I might have gone for 2.5", but I didn't feel it necessary to spend hundreds of dollars for half an inch.

that's kinda what I am starting to think now. LR UCAs are $410, and I highly doubt any person just looking at your truck is going to notice the difference between 2" and 2.5" of front lift. I have the budget for $410, but that doesn't mean I should spend it for that extra 0.5" of lift.

Where at? I might be interested, but honestly I hate to have to break the stock UCAs down and install new ones. Did that on my 2006 Tacoma and it was a PITA

Scroll down almost to the end of this page. The price listed is too low, you can see it once you add to cart. ($376)

Sorry for the thread jack Grieby.

Yea. Plus it's a lot of extra headache to swap 'em out!

I can see it next trail run as you spot for me:
Me: Can I make that line?
Phil: Hmmm... I think you'd really benefit from about .5" right now. Nope. Not gonna make it. Go ahead and take the bypass and leave this to the bigger trucks.

    No worries

That .5" won't matter until you try going to bigger tires.
