So my grill is off a bit on the passenger side. I’ve adjusted the hood bumpers but no luck. The truck was in a light accident which required a new headlight and bumper cover but no other damage. Is there a way to adjust this? Also to note, the passenger headlight is depo and the driver side is oem, could the headlight be the reason the grill is off?

The grille is attached with clips on the rear side. Any chance you could push the grille in further on the side that's sticking our from the hood more? Maybe they just aren't seated all the way.

Ive tried messing with the grill and have removed it several times, I don’t see how those points can be adjusted since they mount to the body/headlights?

I don't think it would be a headlight issue because the mounting points for headlights are the same regardless of brand/style. What do the hood gaps on each side look like? i.e. hood to drivers/passenger side fenders?

Might I suggest taking it back to the collision shop that fixed it? Everything you mentioned mounts in some way back to the Core Support. It may have been bent / damaged and not properly straightened.

That’s my guess. Right side was pushed back+ right side of grill is currently too close to the hood=core support still bent back.

I am actually fighting the same thing right now. It looks like my problem is right where the bumper cover support meets the radiator support and the fender apron. You might want to check there if you have not gotten this resolved yet.
