    Thanks for the responses. Busy on trying to incorporate them now.

    Here's a slightly modified base idea. Starting to think about how to make this while maintaining some strength in the grill. (grill taken from 2008ish rangerover sport)

    I'm thinking if I try something like either of these that it will have to be CNC milled plastic or metal that is either plastic welded in or mounted with some sort of bracket.

    Just realized the range rover grill is similar to the tundra grill, does anybody possibly have dimensions on the internal section of the tundra grill. I'm guessing that it should be bigger than the opening of the tacoma's grill.
