So I'm working on my "raptor" grill build and thought powder coated mesh and letters would look good with my BSP.. I don't have my satoshi yet but it's looking like too much black. I'm afraid the letters won't be visible and am curious If i should paint my letters. I'm thinking red letters but not sure if there is a good way to paint over powder coat. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks[IMG]

Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
i'd sand it down on the corners kinda like the "distressed" look on furnature then just tape off the rest and paint it if your worried about the paint not sticking to the coating. or maybe get a vinyl wrap on it. it would be a little more money but would look perfect that way

So, I received my grill in the mail today!! Thanks again to Azntha1one for the great work. Anyway, I'm having trouble figuring out how to attach the inner mesh to the grill. Would I need to grab a dremmel and do some trimming? Or should I just slap it on as is with a few zip ties? I'll throw some pictures in so you guys can get an idea of my issue...
