    Hi folks!
I have a wind chill pearl ‘23 limited. I think it would look really good with the grill color match painted. Has anyone tried this with any degree of success? I realize it’s all about the prep work, just wondered if anyone has tried.
    Thanks in advance.

I met someone who had painted theirs black to match their black 2023.

He had a friend experienced in vehicle painting do the paint work for him. If you use an acceptable adhesion promoter and primer or whatever to prep it, before the top coats, I bet it will look just like you expect it to. I think removing and reinstalling may take longer than hoped, and hopefully no issues with the sensors ....

I couldn't believe Toyota put a "cheese grator" chrome grill on my Off Road model Taco. That's something you put on a Limited. WTF where they thinking???
I wasn't leaving the dealership without a Heritage grill when I bought mine! :annoyed:

Keep a pint of touch up paint in your truck if you paint the grill. Rock chip touch ups will become a common ritual on a painted grill.

did it to my f150, chipped like a mf'er
you have to redo it every year
thats why most grills are same color of the plastic
    repaint chrome is the worst
