I trying to take my grill off and these tabs seem to be holding my grill to the lower bumper. How do I push these tabs out? I did it before but I don't remember it being this hard to pull off

Yeah it's kind of a pain. Somewhere there's an old post of someone using toothpicks jammed into those slots so that the tabs don't click back in place when you pop each one. Could try that or get a 2nd person to help. I usually just struggle until I want to smash it because I'm stubborn but it's far from the best way. Someone else probably has a better technique they can share.

Since I see you have a 2013, there are guide tabs at the bottom of the grille. It's nothing nothing fancy, but once you have the two Philip Head/10MM Hex and the two Push Tabs out from top:
    1. Gently lift both arms (where the Philip Hex were connected) up and over the white anchors. This is a major sticking point that can be overlooked.
    2. Then stick one hand down in between the radiator and the grille starting at the bottom left (or start on whatever side you're more comfy). I use the butt or meaty part of my fist and gently bump the bottom out while my other hand provides counter support at the top. The corner will kick free.
    3. Repeat on opposite end.
    4. Should be loose enough to rock the whole thing out, bottom first. You can probably use one of the TRD Pro horizontal slats to pull and rock from the center warranted you've popped the two sides out enough. Honestly if not, just keep hitting alongside the bottom to pop it out. Some people just pull from the center then up and out without bumping.

    That should be it.

thanks i got it off. I had to use a small flat tip screw driver to pry the tabs off
