Took to the dealership today and even with all the evidence i had to show them(all of the other people on here with issues, and video proof showing it happening parked in front of my work building with no one touching the truck) they are still denying its something that they will fix under warranty. They are stating there are no TSB's on it and they have never heard of this issue. They are going to reach out to Toyota Corporate but i already reached out to corporate and they told me its the local dealers call.

Im wondering if i go to Corporate with Invoice #s of people who had this issue and had it fixed if that would sway their decision? any thoughts?

What a joke. I'm sorry to hear that they are not covering it under warranty and are giving you the run-around. They should do the right thing and take care of you the customer, it's not your fault that they decided to use inferior plastics when producing this truck to save on costs. I'd reach out to Toyota corporate and be relentless in pursuit of fair treatment.

This is not a common problem so no indication it has anything to do with poor manufacturing. Toyota will not cover the work, so you can’t expect the dealer to go into the hole paying to fix an issue that likely is from the OP parking in the wrong spot.

Plastic doesn’t melt for no reason...

OP needs to park somewhere else and the damage will stop.
