need some advice. Just installed a KO off-road bumper (DV8 knockoff from eBay) with a SB 10k winch and the stock grill won’t fit anymore. Is there an aftermarket grill that can clear the winch of will I need to trim the grill?

Looks like trimming is your best bet.

I would notch the grill where it contacts the winch. I think any after market grille would not line up since they are based off of the original dimensions. This advise comes from a professional holiday inn express garage wrencher.

What part of the winch is it hitting? If it’s the solenoid, side mount it instead of top mount.
