Its not ideal, but I used pliers to tighten most of them. I couldn't get a socket or screw driver at them and I don't have a wrench that small.

I finally gave up. I got the top screws in and decided to do the bottom and sides from the outside in. Much eaiser that way. It was dark when I got it on so I will have to wait untill tomorrow to see if I can see the screws or not.

Hey guys is it safe to paint the radiator? just seems like it might cause it to run hotter then it should.

Sure its safe, main thing you pick up a spray can that can with stand heat. I got mine from walmart, flat black for outdoor grills. This was the most fun mod that I had yet, really easy. I was done in 45min., just had to wait for the paint to dry for an hour. I'll post pics of the the finished project. Thank you very much Luc!!!:D

I haven't gotten a chance to install my grill yet, and before I start I thought it might be a good idea to make sure that the instructions grillcraft gives us are good enough. Or are there other instructions on TW that are better? The last thing I want is a WTF moment when the front of my truck is in pieces.

I used the supplied instructions and they were fine. Several posters, including myself, found a 1/4" end wrench valuable as several of the screws are almost impossible to get a screwdriver on.

I was too, I've got a TRD emblem coming from E-Bay. They must have run out of emblems because we ordered so many grills!
