I've got a tri-color grille badge that I'm going to put on my SR grille (photo of the kind of grille I'm talking about below), but the badges are made for other kinds of grilles. I might have to glue it in the horizontal recess along the top (which is exactly the right height) but I'm wondering if anyone else has put one of those on the OEM SR grille, and if so, how and where did you position it?

Are you referring to a heritage badge like what I have on my grill? I would personally cut the bolts off the back and then use something like 3M double sided tape to secure it to the grill wherever you want.

In my opinion it would look better below the emblem and not above it, but I’m not sure if it would fit in the space below.

Yep - that's the one, except I went with the blue variant. What you're suggesting is what I'm probably going to wind up doing. There seems to be only one good place to glue it, but put this post up in the event that someone else has tried this badge on an SR grille.

I know it would be larger height wise than the horizontal cross members but it might not look bad on this area.

How would someone mount a badge to the stock 2021 Toyota Tacoma Grille. Each row is offset for the one above and below2021 Toyota Tacoma Stock Grille.jpg

The back of the badge has two threaded posts, but I don't know if they're spaced far enough apart to go into two adjacent holes on the same row. If so, then you just use the bracket they supply with the badge to attach it across two of the holes.

If they're too far apart, it looks to me like the two posts on the back of the badge would be close enough together to fit through the same hole in the grille. You could make your own plastic (or aluminum or whatever) backing and use the supplied bracket as a template to drill the holes. Then glue your backing to the back of one of the holes in your grille at attach the badge.

You can always buy the sticker and put on the grill
