    I installed the SDHQ bracket and posted a picture of the actuator bracket here: Which fog lights did you upgrade to???

    EDIT: I wanted to add that I've had zero issues after the install which was probably 2k miles ago. No change in MPG's, no issues on cold days, no CEL's... the truck is just fine without the shutters.

    A better way to approach the delete would be to use an electronic delete. Create an electrical load for the ECM to think it is controlling and create a signal for the ECM that duplicates open/closed so the ECM thinks everything is fine. Get rid of the electromechanical parts. More reliable.

    On the truck model I have, they began using shutters for the 2016 and up models. They typically fail around 100k-150k miles and are expensive to replace. Nobody wants the shutters or the cost to fix them.
