Would this nice metal grille be hard to paint on Amazon? Or should I just keep my oem stock grille. I’m looking for a nice white finish I just don’t know how much of a struggle that mesh type insert would be for a beginner to paint.

You rattle can painting it or powder coating it? I've seen issues with spray painting things and not being able to hand wash them etc.
