    Trust me I never thought I would be eating kale, but my wife convinced, or read “told”, me to try it. I will say if you prepare it just right it is pretty good.

    Grilled pineapple is what changed the game for me! It is still the wife and I’s favorite go to side when grilling.

    When we last made it we tossed it with the stem on in some olive oil and garlic powder, but you can add any seasoning. We then did a really quick grill to add the color. After it cooled down a little we stripped the leaf from the stem and added it to our salad bowl and tossed it with a vinaigrette before serving.

    This thread has some great ideas & is making me hungry! I'll have to do better at taking pics, I usually go straight to the stuffing my face part.

    When I tried grilling over the weekend, I got all the wings & mushrooms on the grill. Went to add the asparagus only to see the flames disappear & realize I was out of propane...smh, rookie mistake...:anonymous:
    The worst part is I got a 2nd tank to prevent this from happening yet I STILL let them both run out! Now I have 2 tanks to fill up.:annoyed:

    Fun fact for the day :
    "Sushi" is only a reference to rice & has nothing to do with fish, raw or otherwise.
