They're always good - especially on the grill.

Man how did you grill the fries? :)

Fresh corn on the cobb and a burger are a great meal.

Outside of a good old double fry in a deep fryer, air frying is the best.

I'm not sure how I would feel if people told me they liked my wife's buns.

There are no pics, but on Memorial Day weekend, we bought two tri-tips at Dry Lakes Ranch in Parowan. We dry-brined them for 12 hours, and then charcoal smoked them at 225 until the internal temperature read 128. I took them out and seared them in a cast iron skillet for 2 minutes a side in butter. I will never cook a trip tip any other way.

Would they actually bake enough that way from frozen? I like the idea of only having to fire up the grill for a meal, everything on that.
I'll usually cut a few pepper slices along with what I'm cooking to use for another meal later on. Store them in the fridge.

Yes, the fries, tots, wedges or whatever usually go on first as they take longer but cooking the whole meal on the grill is the point. Especially in the summer as it keeps from heating up the kitchen.

Does it get negative temps where you live? Do you have to shovel snow to get to your grill? Hahaha
