    The secret sauce.I make my own but a bud at work tweaked this one years ago.(Best Damn Sauce Ive Had)wont give out his recipe but makes it for people if they ask,only charges for the ingredients. he gave me a 1/2 gal. the other day. he does whole hog catering on the side for weddings,partys,etc…and had some left over from a wedding party. :thumbsup:

    Yea I've tried wet but its been awhile & I don't remember what I did but it didn't work. On pickles, japs & even cheese sticks I put in seasoned flour, dip in 50/50 egg beer & put in seasoned bread crumbs & that works fantastic. It does not work on onions for some reason.
